Framed for Fall | New Frames from Pigeon & Poodle

The photographs may hold the memories, but there’s no reason the frames can’t make a statement of their own.
For Fall 2026, Pigeon & Poodle introduces a new collection of frames that turns the finishing touch into part of the design story. Bamboo meets horn, natural woods mingle with bone, hand-etched surfaces add dimension, and lacquered eggshell transforms an ancient decorative technique into something distinctly at home in today’s interiors.
Whether layered among books and objects on a well-collected shelf or given a starring role atop a console or nightstand, these five new designs prove that sometimes it’s the smallest details that bring the most personality.
Lamar Frame | Natural Contrast
The Lamar Frame celebrates contrast through an unexpected pairing of natural materials. Alternating panels of burnt bamboo and chiseled horn create a rhythmic border, with shifts in color and texture giving the otherwise classic rectangular silhouette plenty of character.
There’s an earthy quality to Lamar, but its graphic pattern keeps it from feeling overly rustic. Styled among books, greenery, metals, or other natural materials, it offers another layer of texture without disappearing into the arrangement.
Available for 4" x 6", 5" x 7", and 8" x 10" photographs, Lamar makes it easy to carry that collected look across frames of different scales.
Medford Frame | A Natural Pairing
Sometimes two materials are better than one.
The Medford Frame combines the warmth of natural wood with the lighter contrast of ivory bone, creating a design that feels tailored without losing its organic appeal. Choose Natural Oak/Ivory Bone for a lighter, airier interpretation or Chestnut Teak/Ivory Bone for a richer take on the combination.
The alternating materials give Medford enough detail to stand beautifully on its own while remaining versatile enough to mix with other frames and decorative objects. It’s an easy way to add a little pattern to a vignette without actually introducing a pattern at all.
Medford is available for 4" x 6", 5" x 7", and 8" x 10" photographs.
Metz Frame | Texture, Etched In
The beauty of the Metz Frame is all in the details.
Hand-etched ribbing travels across the frame’s surface, transforming a monochromatic design into something dimensional. The repeated grooves create subtle movement, allowing light and shadow to emphasize the craftsmanship without the need for contrasting colors or materials.
Available in Black Lacquered Resin or White Bone, Metz can take on two very different personalities. Black brings a sleek, dramatic edge to a shelf or mantel, while white lets the carved texture do the talking with a softer, more understated presence.
Available for 4" x 6", 5" x 7", and 8" x 10" photographs, Metz is equally comfortable surrounded by an eclectic assortment of treasures or standing alone in a more minimal setting.
Navagio Frame | Go With the Swirl
For a frame with a little more movement, meet Navagio.
Crafted from spiral burl resin, its swirling surface gives a straightforward silhouette an expressive finish. The effect is playful without becoming overly decorative, bringing just enough visual movement to make Navagio an interesting addition to a layered shelf or tabletop.
Available in Ivory Spiral Burl Resin and Mocha Spiral Burl Resin, the frame can move from light and subtle to warm and moody depending on the palette surrounding it. Pair the two finishes together for even more variation within a collected arrangement.
Navagio is offered for 4" x 6", 5" x 7", and 8" x 10" photographs.
Westport Frame | Cracking the Code
With the Westport Frame, imperfection becomes an art form.
The collection uses the centuries-old technique of carefully cracked eggshell finished in lacquer, creating a surface filled with tiny variations and intricate texture. From across the room, Westport reads as a beautifully finished frame. Up close, the craftsmanship becomes part of the attraction.
And with five finishes, there is plenty of room to play. Silver/White, White, Burnt Sienna, Deep Bronze, and Gold/White Lacquered Eggshell range from quietly neutral to richly expressive, making Westport especially versatile for designers looking to repeat a silhouette while varying the finish.
Like the other new introductions, Westport is available for 4" x 6", 5" x 7", and 8" x 10" photographs.
Picture This
A great vignette rarely comes from choosing objects that match perfectly. It comes from finding pieces that speak to one another through color, scale, material, and texture.
That’s where Pigeon & Poodle’s newest frames shine. Mix the graphic contrast of Lamar with the sculpted surface of Metz. Pair the natural warmth of Medford with the movement of Navagio. Introduce Westport when a little sheen and intricate detail are called for. Then add books, greenery, sculptural objects, and, of course, the photographs that make the arrangement personal.
Because the moments worth remembering deserve to be surrounded by a little character, too.
